Hillbilly's No Relation to Jake

A star is born.  Talent agents from accross the heartland of America have commented on the need for Jake's new band find a better marketable name.  But it was the attorneys and business manager who finally drove the decision.  As strange as it may seem several other bands have capitolized on Jake's name.  All with out poor Mr. Legg being aware of the situation.

For instance there is the St. Lewy based Jakes' Leg, a Grateful Dead cover band with this website..  http://www.jakesleg.com/

Out in Hillbilly Country, there is the Jake Leg Stompers, a Tennessee jug band with at least a couple of songs on Reverb Nation.  http://www.reverbnation.com/jakelegstompers

And even though we all know there is but one Jake Legg, these other bands bearing a similar name may be bad for business. 

So - Watch for Jake and the Boys out under a whole new name....
